Access to Services & Payment Options
Advocacy is often needed during moments of real strain.
This page exists to make payment options clear, predictable, and shame-free — so finances don’t become another barrier to being heard.
Transparent rates
Rates for Care Advocacy sessions are listed clearly on the service page.
There are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or pressure to add services you don’t need.
Payment plans
Payment plans are available for:
- Introductory Advocacy Sessions
- Follow-Up Advocacy Sessions
How payment plans work:
- Up to three installments
- All installments must be completed within six weeks
- Only one active payment plan may be in place at a time
A payment plan must be fully completed before booking another session on a payment plan.
You may always choose to pay in full instead.
Payment plans are designed for short-term flexibility — not ongoing debt.
Reduced-rate sessions
A small number of reduced-rate spots are reserved each month for people experiencing genuine financial constraint.
Key notes:
- Reduced-rate spots are limited and offered on a per-session basis
- Availability varies month to month
- Reduced rates apply only to Introductory and Follow-Up Sessions
- Representation and team coordination are not offered at reduced rates
If reduced-rate spots are full, you may:
- check back later
- use a payment plan
- inquire about community-sponsored access when available
Community-sponsored access
Some sessions are funded through community sponsorships.
If you are offered a community-sponsored or partially sponsored session:
- there is no obligation to explain your financial situation
- there is no requirement to “pay it back”
- there is no donor involvement in your care
Access is offered based on availability and urgency.
Asking about access
If you need to explore payment options, you can do so privately.
You are not required to justify your circumstances.
Simply reach out through the contact form or reply to your intake email, and we’ll look at what options are available.
The principle behind this
Advocacy should not be withheld because someone is already under strain.
Access options exist to support dignity, continuity, and real-world constraints — not to create hurdles.
You deserve support that meets you where you are.
