Meet with me
Some things are easier to explore in conversation.
There are a few ways we might spend a bounded amount of time together. You can come for conversation, bring something you want to think through, or choose a working session for something we are actively doing together.
Choose the one that best fits what you are bringing.
A note about my capacity
As I live with complex chronic illnesses and variable capacity, I want to be upfront that I may occasionally need to reschedule if I’m unable to be fully present with you.
I really appreciate your understanding, and I’ll let you know as soon as I can if anything needs to change.
Conversation
A space to talk.
You may have encountered my writing, ideas, creative work, research, or something else entirely and simply want to have a conversation. There does not need to be a particular outcome or agenda—we can follow what feels meaningful to talk about together.
Thinking Together
Bring a question, idea, tension, possibility, or something you’re still trying to understand, and we’ll think about it together.
This is a space for exploration rather than for arriving with a predetermined answer. We can follow a question, notice what changes as we look at it from different directions, and see what becomes clearer through conversation.
Working Together
A working session for something we are actively doing together.
This might mean shaping an idea, working through a piece of writing or creative work, developing a project, organizing something that already exists, or making progress on something we have a shared reason to work on.
This is different from Thinking Together in that we are not only exploring an idea—we are spending the time actively working with something.
Credit and attribution: If our work together contributes meaningfully to language, concepts, materials, or other work that is later published, presented, shared, or developed, I expect to be appropriately credited as a contributor. I will do the same.
